Requiescat in Pace, Rich Mullins

Fifteen years ago today (September 19), Christian singer-songwriter Rich Mullins was killed in a horrific accident on I-39 in Illinois. He was planning on becoming Catholic just after his death (see here and here). You can hear Catholic and ecumenical themes in his song, “Peace (A Communion Blessing from St Joseph’s Square)”:

  1. Thank you for your post and video. If you’re interested in hearing from another fellow ragamuffin, “Peace” is the 3rd song on “Remembering Rich Mullins, Vol. 1” — arrangements of our dear one’s songs. His music continues to fall on this soul that drought has dried and it is one of my passions in life to continue sharing it. 🙂 Peace of Christ to you, my friend.
